TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS …Biloxi, Mississippi’s Charter Boat Fishing & Guided Duck Hunts At Its Best!
Would like to take the time to thank my sponsors and their superior products that help make TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS such a success. Among them include: ST CROIX and their excellent rods, SEAGUAR and their world-class fluorocarbon leader material, GAMAKATSU and their incredible line of fish catching hooks, SPRO and their line of excellent swivels and other gear, YO-ZURI and their line of monofilament line and lures, as well as AVERY and their innovative pop up blinds. These companies have been a part of TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS since its conception, and continue to be the products used on a day in day out basis aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS. Of the thousands upon thousands fish caught and picture aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS, well, all of these products played a part in our fish catching success. Many thanks to these fine companies! Let the adventures continue!
THURSDAY, JANUARY 28, 2010 looks like a good day to hunt divers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oops…Thursday just got booked, but the rest of the week is open.
TAKE NOTE: Mississippi’s duck season closes next Sunday on January 31, 2010, so be sure to book that last minute duck hunt if you haven’t done so this season. The prices for the rest of the season have been reduced from $450 down to $350, and that’s makes it easier on your wallet.
CHARTER FISHING PRICES: Now that duck season is coming to a close it will be back to fishing “full speed ahead” (although I never really slowed down), and really excited about the 2010 – 2011 fishing season aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS. As usual, pricing aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS remains the same, and quite reasonable at that. A half-a-day (5-hour) trip goes for $350, and an all-day (8-hour trip) goes for $450. Best of all, these prices can be divided up among 4 anglers making it quite affordable. Ice, bait, tackle, MS fishing license, fuel, and fish cleaning is all included in the price.

Now back to Capt. Brodie’s duck hunting and fishing reports…
This was another fun hunt with great clients. Both Keith Goodfellow and Brehm T. Bell had a ball gunning for the tough divers on a wind swept Mississippi Sound. Redheads and bluebills kept them busy for most of the morning, and witnessed some really beautiful sights as ducks would come hovering over the decoys.

Oh, they missed on a couple of opportunities, but shooting from an awkward position and into a stiff cross wind made the gunning quite challenging, but that’s what makes it so much fun.
By the way, Keith fished Florida pompano with me this summer and did very well, and is still raving about how good the pompano taste. We all shared hunting and fishing memories during the course of the hunt, and had a lot of laughs in the process.

Bottom line, could not have hunted with a better group of gentlemen, and hope to guide them on more duck hunting and fishing adventures sometime down the road. Remember, Mississippi’s duck season will close soon on January 31, 2010, so be sure to book that late season duck hunt aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS soon. TIME IS RUNNING OUT…LET’S HUNT!
Regards and many thanks to all,
