DAY 2 CUT SHORT DUE TO WEATHER, BUT THE JOEY LEWIS GROUP STILL CAUGHT PLENTY OF FISH

When the Joey Lewis group from South Carolina is aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS, well, it’s always a great day on the water. This group of gentlemen are hard core fishermen, and as long as something is bending the rods they are having a blast.

Todays trip was cut short due to dangerous weather conditions, but as usual the guys came in with a box full of edible fish. Started out the morning landing 7 really big Florida pompano, as well as ladyfish and bluefish. With skies looking scary, a run back inshore to the Katrina Reef produced 20 plus white trout, but the bad weather caught us again, so we ran back into the Back Bay of Biloxi.

Stopped off at an old black drum honey hole, and there the guys easily put a bull croaker, 1 large spot, 20 small black drum, and a 22-inch redfish in the box. Thus, we ended the two days on a good note!

Joey I would like to thank you and the guys for being great sports, and catching fish even in poor conditions. Looking forward to seeing all of you next month if ya’ll can get away from work and the hustle and bustle of life. Of course with Nemo about to be a daddy, well, it may be a while before we see “Nemo Knows Pompano” again. But then again, once the weather cools I would like to see if “Nemo Knows Sheepshead”.

Take care, be safe, and get back down here when you can!
