NOW BACK TO CAPT. BRODIE’S FISHING REPORTS…

FISH BY THE HUNDREDS IN THE BACK BAY OF BILOXI - Cummins Gary of South Carolina - Photo by Capt. Robert L. Brodie

ABOVE: Hailing from South Carolina, these Gamecocks fans had a morning of non stop fish catching fun aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS in the Back Bay of Biloxi. The anglers included Cummins Gary, his son Coleman Gary IV, Brant Young, and Bradley McTaha, and man could these young men fish. They took the casting, baiting, and unhooking of fish into their own hands, and in a few hours easily put 200 fine white trout into the ice chest. We left them biting!

In the last couple of days I’ve had the pleasure to fish with some wonderful people and young anglers, and this group was simply a pleasure to have aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS. Cummins has fished with me before down with the Jerry Lewis group, and this time brought more friends and family of his own. And that my friends is how you build one of the most successful charter boat businesses in the south.

Due to poor weather conditions Cummins and I decided to cancel the trip for tomorrow, and let me tell you these old bones need a day of rest. Despite the oil situation, over 500 edible fish have been caught aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS in the last 4 days, and that my friends is a lot of tasty fish fillets.

Bottom line, TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS is still hanging in there and delivering great light tackle fishing fun for numerous family groups. So give me a call at (228) 697-7707, or shoot me an e-mail at email hidden; JavaScript is required and let’s set up a fun day on the water of your own.

Regards and many thanks to all,

Capt. Robert L. Brodie of TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS

Biloxi, MS – Hordes Of White Trout Dominate Weekend Bite Aboard TEAM BRODIE CHADTERS

BILOXI MISSISSIPPI WHITE TROUT FISHING - Mike Bertucci, Olivia Garris, & Kevin Garris - Photo by Capt. Robert L. Brodie

ABOVE: SUNDAY – June 27, 2010 – Mike Bertucci, his daughter Olivia Garris, and her husband Kevin Garris pose with a fine catch of white trout caught in Biloxi Bay.  This trio of anglers hit the jackpot, and by 10:30 am, well, these anglers had 170 white trout, and a nice speckled trout in the ice chest. Mike and the gang were simply a blast to fish with, and Mike perched on the front seat, well, he was pulling in a fish on practically every cast. Another excellent group of clients, and that makes my job all the more rewarding. Popping corks and live shrimp and menhaden were used to make the big catch. Photo by Capt. Robert L. Brodie

FAMILY FISHINH IN BILOXI MISSISSIPPI - Photo by Capt. Robert L. Brodie

ABOVE: SATURDAY – June 26, 2010 – Max Gilpin, 77-years young and his 3 sons Kert, Luke, and Tim pose with 60 white trout and a nice speckled trout they caught while fishing in Biloxi Bay aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS. It was a wonderful get together for a Max and his 3 sons, and they guys had a lot of fun hauling in fish with their dad. This group of gentlemen were fun and funny, and made for a great time fishing aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS. Cut the trip short with the hot bite coming on, but the heat sent the guys back to the Beau Rivage Casino to cool down and relax. Family fishing…it doesn’t get any better than that! Two More Days Of Excellent Light Tackle Fishing In The Back Bay Of Biloxi Aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS

BILOXI BAY RED & SPECK - Don Thomason - Photo by Capt. Robert L. Brodie

ABOVE: On Thursday, Don Thomason from Alabama, a regular aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS, enjoyed a fun afternoon catching 35 white trout, as well as a fine redfish and speckled trout.  Don and I have had many fishing adventures together, and he always enjoys a few hours on the water just catching a small mess of fish. WHITE TROUT GALORE - LT & Mary Tubbs - Photo by Capt. Robert L. Brodie

ABOVE: Mary and “LT” Tubb posing with 100 of the fish they caught fishing aboard TEAM BRODIE CHARTERS. Believe it or not, the white trout were so thick they were hitting a bare black sixe 4 4X Strong Gamakatsu, and there wasn’t a bead on the line or anything. I swear! I’ve never seen anything like it. Just ask the Tubb’s, especially Mrs. Dawn Tubb for she started the bare hook catching, and she was doing it on side of the boat. That was an amazing sight to see!  Left the fish biting in a feeding frenzy. Photo by Capt. Robert L. Brodie
